Narine has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources Management, having worked with both local and international organizations.

Throughout her career, Narine has worked in various sectors, including telecommunications, consulting, and banking, developing a wide range of strategic and consulting skills in human resources management.

With a strong background in leadership, change management, and employee relations, Narine specializes in offering consulting services that address  complex HR challenges while considering the unique needs of each organization.

Narine studied at the Faculty of English and French Languages at V. Brusov State University, where she earned her qualification as a specialist.

She has participated in numerous international HRM trainings, earning certifications and acquiring advanced knowledge.
