Competition law
The legislation of the Republic of Armenia prohibits the abuse of monopolistic or dominant market positions, unfair competition, and anti-competitive agreements. All of this is regulated by the Law on the Protection of Economic Competition of the Republic of Armenia. In case of a violation of competition law, significant fines are stipulated by the law for economic entities, which result in additional financial losses.
