Enforcement proceedings 

The protection of an individual's judicial rights is completed with the enforcement of a legally binding court decision. The enforcement proceedings are the final stage of the judicial process, representing a separate procedure with its own characteristics. Violations in enforcement proceedings can be carried out both by the employees of the enforcement service and by other participant(s) in the proceedings.

During the enforcement phase of court decisions, we offer the following services:

• Representation of the client's legal interests within the framework of enforcement proceedings, 

• Monitoring the progress of enforcement proceedings, 

• Negotiating voluntary execution of court decisions, including agreeing on payment schedules,

• Challenging the actions or inactions of enforcement service employees at the higher authority level or in court.
