Residence and citizenship issues
Our legal team provides assistance to foreigners in obtaining Armenian citizenship or dual citizenship, as well as in acquiring residence status in the Republic of Armenia. The legislation of the Republic of Armenia provides three types of residence statuses, which allow individuals to live in Armenia for a period ranging from one to ten years:
- One year: temporary residence status,
- Five years: permanent residence status,
- Ten years: special residence status,
