Labor law 

A key turning point in Armenian labor law was in 2005 when the RA Labor Code came into force, replacing the outdated Soviet Union-era labor code. Since the adoption of the current code, numerous amendments and additions have been made to it, and under the Law of the Republic of Armenia adopted by the National Assembly on May 3, 2023, 122 out of the 266 articles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia were subject to amendments.
